To ensure sufficient time for review and approval, please send all proposals to your Dean’s Office at least five (5) days before the submission deadline.

This lead time is expected by SMPH and Research and Sponsored Programs.

If less than five days remain before the deadline, please contact your SMPH team so we can assist in managing expectations.
