Support, Managing Conflict, and Grievances

When an issue occurs in the workplace, sometimes faculty and staff need support and resources for conflict resolution and managing relationships. Contact information for UW–Madison, SMPH and UW Health offices are provided. Faculty struggling with their emotional well-being may benefit from the resources available on our Well-being page. A grievance process is available to any faculty member who believes that their rights have been violated or that they have been dealt with unfairly. See the policy links on this page for more information.
