Pay Plan

  • The Joint Committee on Employee Relations (JCOER) has approved a pay plan for Universities of Wisconsin employees. Information about the pay plan including eligibility criteria and a timeline can be found at the Pay Plan program implementation in SMPH page.

Central Funds

  • Review the timeline of these central compensation programs at the Central compensation program implementation in SMPH page. Department recommendations approved for Discretionary Compensation Fund, Performance Bonus Fund, and Faculty Block Grant pay adjustments are effective on May 5, 2024, and will appear on the May 30 paycheck. Employees receiving pay adjustments through these three programs will receive an email notification by May 30.
