Compliance Hub: Annual Employee Requirements

Every fall members of the School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) and UW Health community must complete certain requirements and trainings to ensure they are in compliance with requirements set forth by SMPH, UW–Madison, and UW Health. This Compliance Hub centralizes all compliance measures in one place.

This webpage is for SMPH employees and faculty physicians dually employed by the school and UW Health. Use the buttons to navigate to the appropriate information based on your employment. Dually employed physicians must complete both SMPH and UW Health compliance measures.
