Completing the Centennial Scholars Program application is a two-step process:
1. Submit the application below.
2. Attach the following in a separate email to email@example.com:
- Curriculum vitae
- A letter from the chair of the department of your academic appointment co-signed by the applicant stating assurance of protected time for a minimum of 3 years. The letter must also outline an academic plan for 3 years, indicating how the Centennial Scholars Program funding will be used to provide protected time for the applicant’s scholarly activities. Specific activities and a timeline need to be included. A vision for the applicant’s academic progress over the next 5-6 years should also be included. A mentorship plan must be outlined.
- A two page personal statement by the applicant describing their qualifications for the Program, areas of academic interest and expertise, and a detailed academic plan.
