Login experience changes (Updated 4/21/2022)
To strengthen UW Health’s defenses against cyberattacks and protect you & the UW Health network, UW Health will be enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the UW Health U-Learn application on April 21, 2022, at 5 p.m.
When you connect to U-Learn from any network, you will be presented with a new UW Health login page. The login page will require you to enter an address for the username and account password. See below for the address to use for your username.
When you connect to this application from outside the SMPH or UW Health network, you will be prompted to provide a second form of identification (aka multi-factor authentication) to gain access.
To access the application from outside the SMPH or UW Health internal network, you must be enrolled in the UW Health MFA service. If you haven’t enrolled in MFA, please visit this UW Health U-Connect page for details on how to enroll in MFA.
