  3. Follow these steps:

Customer Tab

This tab is for your name, mailing address, e-mail address and vehicle license plate(s). Note: If your information is not up to date you will NOT receive your offer or annual renewal notice.

Click on Vehicle. Enter your vehicle license plate number(s), state for plate(s), and type (use down arrow to select appropriate type). Note: Vehicles must be entered before lots can be applied for.

Permit Tab

For immediate parking, click on Permits Currently Available. Then:

  3. Select the lot (if you work in or around UW Hospital and Clinics, you would select either Lot 85 or Lot 76)
  4. Accept your offer
  5. Select your payment (cash, check, or credit card). From May through the end of August, payroll deductions will no longer be an option.

Permits can be picked up after 11am the next business day (but no later than two business days after completing the process) at the UW Transportation Services Office, located at 610 Walnut Street, WARF Building, Room 124.

Or, through Transportation Services, you can:

  • Purchase daily permits
  • Purchase weekly permits
  • Purchase monthly permits. Note: During September and October, Transportation Services does not sell monthly permits.

Permits from September 1 through August 31

This is where you apply for the appropriate/current parking season (new parking season begins on September 1 each year).

  1. Click on the Permit tab
  2. Select Apply

You are encouraged to select up to four lots to improve your chance of getting a lot assignment.
