The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health works closely with the UW-Madison Space Management Office in all matters relating to space assignments, including leased space.
As the School of Medicine and Public Health continues to grow and expand, many departments are located off campus in leased spaces. The department is directly responsible for the maintenance of these spaces. The facilities group has architects, engineers and space planners to assist in relocation.

Please note that submittal to Mark Wells for approval and signature is required by the University of Wisconsin. Private inquiry or negotiations are prohibited by the State of Wisconsin and University of Wisconsin.
