2011 Wisconsin Health Improvement and Research Partnership Forum - Abstract Submission Form
The Wisconsin Health Improvement and Research Partnerships Forum will be held Wednesday through Friday, September 14-16, at the Fluno Center in Madison.
Abstract submissions are due Friday, July 15. Abstract acceptance will be announced by Saturday, July 30.
The forum will be an opportunity for organizations and networks in Wisconsin to share their experiences and the results of their projects. It also will provide an opportunity for networking and potential development of future collaborations.
Forum planners welcome abstracts for 20-minute presentations, posters or 60-minute workshops about:
- Research and quality improvement projects that are in progress or completed
- Projects involving community partners
- Discussion of project barriers with successful and unsuccessful methods to overcome barriers
- Experiences of developing and maintaining a successful network
